Gallo's Bakery was established by Tony Gallo in 1985. After years of working multiple bakeries and mastering his skills in cake decorating and baking, he decided to gamble on a passion. That passion hooked the local residents to a bakery that would generationally be part of everyone lives who came. Creating cakes, pastries, donuts, etc. that would bring memories of nostalgia to families for years to come. 30 years plus of excellence wasn't by accident.
